Business Change Analyst

To provide expertise to implement clinical and corporate IT systems and make sure that the highest standards of clinical needs are met by theinformation systems implemented within the Trust. The health care background will provide key skills in understanding business processes,Project Management, Communication, Benefits Realisation and Change Management.To ensure effective communication takes place between Digital Services, clinicians and non- clinicians within the Trust.To document business process in association with clinicians and non-clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change for theorganisation as required.Provide specialist knowledge required to bridge the gap between clinical care, health professionals, IT and other external suppliers.To ensure that patient care and service delivery is maintained by the engagement of clinical staff, seniormanagers, commissioners, and end user involvement in shaping the development of future IT solution.Delivery of the Communication Strategy, which includes the design, and delivery of facilitatedworkshops to ensure that all key stakeholders are engage.To utilise clinical skills, knowledge and experience to communicate complex ideas effectively to a rangeof personnel across health, social care and external IT supplier.Use PRINCE2 methodologies or equivalent to project manage, plan, co-ordinate, and monitor workstream activities to deploy new IT systemTo manage and co-ordinate service evaluations across the health economy which identifies current business processes, future state mapping, gapanalysis, and risk management to support service improvement and development.
