Business Data and Technical Support Officer
Contract 3-6 months with opportunity to go full permanent.

Job role and responsibilities;
- Produce daily, weekly & monthly reports including KPI and productivity dashboards for operational teams.
- Interrogate Data and understand business operations in order to add meaningful and relevant commentary to support data insights.
- Design and build tools, dashboards and reports to support managers within the organisation.
- Liaise with teams to develop, evaluate and improve data collections systems and procedures.
- Use own initiative regarding data analysis for business insights by taking an interest in various aspects of the business and considering inter-relationships between various datasets - such as those pertaining to e.g. fleet use, finance, operational productivity, marketing, digital analytics, etc in order to provide additional value where may not be specifically required by management.
- Provide 1st line Technical Support to staff and escalate to specialist teams if required.
- To manually input job statuses in case where the business systems interfaces are not functioning.
- Promote good ICT practices throughout the business.
- Report on post inspections
- Provide reports
- Act as a super user for business systems and assist in training of staff as required.
- Be responsible for regular maintenance, accuracy and integrity of all business systems
- Work with the team on systems development and implementation of other ICT projects to deliver the service improvement and efficiency.
- Any other duties as requested by the Business Systems Manager.
