To apply for this position, you must have prior experience of working within a building environment, together with strong technical knowledge and IT skills. This position requires you to have experience of applying schedules of rates and assessing estimates. The successful candidates will possess a building related qualification to HND/HNC level and /or be ‘qualified by experience’ in a similar role.
