Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: London – Hybrid
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Commission (OTE £70,000)

Our client, based in London, is a modern, high-growth offline media agency that specialises in Print and Direct Mail. They are looking for an experienced, results-driven salesperson who will take onus for their targets, implementing strategies to achieve new business targets whilst managing accounts once established.
Role requirements:
- Implement marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing your accounts and hitting sales targets.
- Create and manage own workflow using CRM software to track activity.
- Work collaboratively with the directors on new strategies to meet company objectives.
- Achieve KPIs through new sales development, account management and customer success strategies.
- Continually manage campaign progression with support from the team.
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years sales and account management experience in Marketing.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to use CRM software and manage the full sales cycle.
- Ambitious, confident, and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
- Proactive – ability to keep highly active and self-motivated is crucial.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Excellent time and diary management skills, ensuring that diary is full, and projects can be managed from conception to delivery.
