Our client has an exciting new opening within their second office, close to Worthing town Centre as a Business Development Executive. You will join their growing, friendly team in Worthing where you will work closely with the Director and senior team. You will research and analyse market trends, build relationships with current and potential clients and partners, and develop innovative strategies to grow the business. This is a great opportunity for the right person to propel their sales career and training will be given throughout. The ideal candidate will be confident and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and organisational skills to match. At least 6 months experience working within a sales environment is a must. CRM systems experience is desirable but not essential, and you should be proficient with Microsoft Office platforms. The ideal person will be a "work hard, play hard" type that has a massive desire to earn. This role comes with UNCAPPED COMMISSION.
