Business Development Executive

We are delighted to be working with our client who is a leading supplier of security solutions across the UK.

Due to expansion, they are keen to recruit another Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team and develop via on the job training to a Business Development Manager.

Reporting into a very experienced Sales Director and mainly working from home (+ eventually visiting clients) this is a great opportunity to secure a role in a growing industry

Security industry experience or knowledge of selling into sectors such as construction, NHS, Public Sector, Events, Logistics, Car Parks, Property or corporate would be an advantage but not essential for this role.

You will need a winning and can-do mentality, have a valid drivers licence with access to a vehicle (all expenses are paid)

The Business Development Executive will be based at home, eventually visiting clients and the very occasional visit to Head Office in Uxbridge. You will take responsibility for the full sales cycle from identification of opportunity (via portals, social media, local networking meetings, etc) establishing contact, arranging and attending visits, presenting solutions and negotiating to close the deal. (Full training will be provided) There is also full bid and admin support to ensure your time and energy is spent opening opportunities and closing deals

On offer is a basic package to £37K, a generous commission package with realistic OTE of circa 50K - this is not a micro management/kpi driven environment- instead you will be given the time and resource to develop a long term career with this fast growing business.
