Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Leading and Planning: Utilize inbound and outbound strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with customers and potentially new markets.
• Proposal Development: Craft tailored proposals that align closely with client requirements and business capabilities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiation processes to ensure favorable terms and successful deal closure.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across different teams to align strategies and enhance Business Development efforts.
• Reporting: Regularly track and report on sales and new business initiatives to the management team.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Business Development, sales, or a similar field within the beauty industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills to interact with staff and clients effectively.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
• Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements.
• Speaking Vietnamese fluently is an advantage.
