Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance by generating prospects, handle enquiries, provide competitive quotes, and convert leads into orders.
• Focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, maximising sales opportunities.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment, uphold confidentiality, and collaborate closely with production to manage lead times effectively.
• Compile, report, and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Attend customer visits both nationally and internationally

Qualifications:

• Experience within an engineering or technical role is desirable but not essential
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
• Willingness to travel and attend shows/exhibitions as needed
