Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by generating prospects, handle enquiries, provide competitive quotes, and convert leads into orders.
- Focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, maximising sales opportunities.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment, uphold confidentiality, and collaborate closely with production to manage lead times effectively.
- Compile, report, and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Attend customer visits both nationally and internationally
Qualifications:
- Experience within an engineering or technical role is desirable but not essential
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
- Willingness to travel and attend shows/exhibitions as needed
