About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be a cornerstone within the organisation, collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager & Sales Director to pioneer a new revenue stream. This role, newly created within the organisation, promises a fantastic chance for the successful candidate to immerse themselves in a dynamic learning environment within Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. With a commitment to employee development, support will be readily available from line managers to the CEO, ensuring the success of this role.
This multifaceted role spans sales, marketing, and commercial aspects, aiming to achieve revenue growth through sales and amplify brand awareness through strategic online and offline marketing initiatives.
The role:
- Researching and identifying potential clients, maintaining organised customer lists.
- Conducting outbound calls to enhance income generation.
- Coordinating social media schedules and creating compelling content.
- Managing customer relationships and proposals
- Organising diaries for meetings and reaching out to clients for check-ins.
- Gathering feedback and testimonials from customers.
- Staying abreast of current health and wellness trends.
- Assisting in the organisation and execution of networking events.
What we are looking for:
- Exposure or experience in content creation and engagement on LinkedIn and social media.
- Background in research or sales activities via phone calls.
- Proficiency in content creation (articles, blogs, emails) and familiarity with email platforms.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge and understanding of building and developing customer relationships.
