A multi-award-winning Microsoft Elite Partner are looking to onboard a Business Development Executive to join their fast paced sales team.
As a vital member of the team, you, as a Business Development Executive, will play a pivotal role in driving inbound and outbound lead generation, nurturing target accounts, and supporting new business pipeline opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to identify prospect target accounts.
- Inspire prospects to discover how the business can be a valuable asset to their clients.
- Organize and manage a dynamic pipeline in our CRM systems (HubSpot and Dynamics365)
- Explore new technologies for sourcing contact information, discover new target markets, and implement nurture and marketing campaigns aligned with the wider demand generation and marketing team.
- Establish relationships at all levels of prospects' businesses through clear ongoing communications.
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of information in the CRM, providing regular reports on Business Development activity, and showcasing results against KPIs and associated role metrics.
Essential Experience
- Previous telemarketing/Business Development experience, ideally within B2B IT Services & IT Consulting, or Software/SaaS industries
- Cold calling, sales training, and CRM experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a metric-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Package:
- £25,000 Basic Salary + £30,000 OTE
