Salary: £30 - £35k pa plus uncapped commission structure.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 1 day onsite required

Job Purpose
Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to offer a 360 bespoke service to their customers from design through to production and fitting, to develop and execute lead generation strategies across various channels and to utilise data and analytics to identify, target and convert potential customers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the wider sales team and marketing team to optimise lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities include conducting research to identify and qualify potential leads, initiating and maintaining effective communication with potential customers, developing and implementing strategies to convert leads into active accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and feedback to optimise the overall customer journey.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and account activation, strong analytical and data interpretation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
