The role of the Business Development Manager is a client facing role, you will be part of an incredibly successful team in the Yorkshire area. Your role will be to maintain and grow relationships with the existing client base. Be an expert to your clients giving the best advice on product knowledge and bigger repeat business.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with at least 2 years experience in the security sector. You will use your market knowledge to identify and build a solid pipeline of prospective clients for you to grow the territory even further.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Develop long term relationships with an existing client base, through face-to-face meetings, in the Yorkshire area.
- Work closely with the branch to support the customer experience.
- An up-to-date pipeline to identify and arrange meetings with new potential customers.
- Produce quotations for customers and negotiate pricing based on volume and requirements.
- Attend trade exhibitions and events.
- Be a market expert, understand the trends of your customers spending patterns market opportunities.
- A growth mindset and the ability to review your own performance.
- 2 years working within the security sector.
- You must be able to demonstrate a track record of managing large accounts and winning new business.
- This role will require you to have a full UK Driving Licence.
- Salary DOE £45,000 - £58,000
