As a Business Development Manager, it will be your responsibility to generate new business enquiries by driving Business Development in the B2B sector. Business Development Manager Role and Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through effective networking, cold calling and email & LinkedIn marketing campaigns
• Educate businesses on the advantages of partnering, showcasing the unique expertise in B2B marketing.
• Proactively identify and understand business challenges, presenting tailored solutions and seizing opportunities.
• Leverage your strong interest in marketing, particularly in digital services, to enhance client understanding and engagement.
• Regular attendance at networking events to expand professional connections.
• Complete market research in order to provide a strategic sales approach

Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:

• A passion and genuine interest for marketing
• Demonstrable experience in new Business Development within a B2B setting
• Excellent telephone prospecting skills, coupled with a enthusiasm for connecting with people and building relationships
• Proven ability to identify and address business challenges and opportunities effectively
• Track record of consistently surpassing set targets.
• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience within a marketing agency is highly desirable.
