Salary I am proud to be working with a well-established Domiciliary Care provider in Norwich. This provider is looking for an experienced individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager. The main aim of this role is to improve the company’s existing services and to open the doors to providing more services across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
What’s on offer?:
• £50,000-£65,000
• 28 days annual leave

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's reach in the areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex
• Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new partnerships and collaborations with healthcare professionals, local commissioners and other stakeholders
• Stay up to date with all relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• Ensure that business practices align with company policies and report into the Area Manager to address any issues
• Provide a consultative approach to support Registered Managers within the company
Business Development Manager Requirements:
• Must have a proven track record of growing and supporting services within a Care setting
• Must have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care
• Must be able to travel across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex (travel to Essex is in the future)
