Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for business growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales role in the paint and body repair industry
- Strong knowledge of software industry trends and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
