The Role
We're looking for a sales superstar to join our amazing team and help drive the adoption of AI solutions among SMEs. You'll work closely with our AI strategy consultants to identify potential clients, pitch our services, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to SMEs and generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the potential of AI for SMEs
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Work with the AI strategy consultants to tailor pitches and proposals to each client's unique needs and goals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMEs looking to adopt AI solutions
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our sales funnel and processes
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Confident and articulate presenter, comfortable pitching to high-profile executives
- Strong understanding of business and marketing principles
- Passion for AI and its potential to transform SMEs
- Bonus points for experience in digital marketing, cold email, copywriting, or LinkedIn outreach

Compensation
- 25 days holiday excluding UK bank holidays.
- Monthly bonuses on clients brought on
- Fully autonomous and async role, provided you work the best that way
