The Role:
Join our clients innovative team in the field of Apprenticeships Digital & Tech and play a crucial role in shaping the future of workforce development. Your mission is to drive growth and excellence through your impeccable sales and partnership-building skills. As the primary point of contact for tech companies and employers, you’ll guide them towards a more skilled workforce through tailored apprenticeship solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy to achieve the company’s growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand on existing partnerships to expand our clients reach and impact
- Win new business- contracting with employers who are new to our client
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention- growing accounts organically
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored apprenticeship solutions that align with their business goals, including new programmes to our client’s portfolio
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and key stakeholder feedback
- Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and refine our client’s offerings and evolution of new products
Proposals:
- Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentation pitches for potential new clients, showcasing the benefits of their apprenticeship programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet the specific needs of clients (Bootcamps / commercial offerings)
Revenue Generation:
- Set revenue targets and work towards achieving them through effective Business Development strategies and relationship building
- Monitor and track performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Business Development Director (using CRM)
