Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Skills:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
