Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our client's team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Muck away and aggregates sector, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape, customer needs, and market trends.
The BDM will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Muck away and aggregates industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our services.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales or Business Development within the Muck away and aggregates industry.
- Strong knowledge of waste management, recycling processes, and aggregates supply chain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
