Business Development Manager

Tyrefix is the leading service provider of tyre repairs and replacements to the off-highway market with over 100 breakdown vehicles nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched national breakdown service where our customers come first. Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to maintain and grow the South East region of the UK.

Key Responsibilities;

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers to grow share account revenue
• Seek out, target and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and maintain a Customer Relationship Management system
• Manage stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the customer and the wider business
• Grow and maintain long-lasting and sustainable relationships with both internal and external customers
• Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends
• Occasional nights away may be required as part of the role depending on business needs

What we are looking for;

• Experience in Sales, ideally in the tyre, plant, earthmover or construction industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be a team player, eager to get stuck in and be hands-on where needed
• Be IT literate and hold excellent administrative skills
• Be proactive and be able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
