Business Development Manager - Part Time

Salary: £30,000 basic (pro-rata), equivalent to £14.42 per hour plus quarterly bonus

Hours: 12 hours per week, Mon-Thurs (Flexible - choose your own working pattern)

Contract: Initial 3 month contract, with renew depending on performance

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and build a portfolio of live vacancies in various office-based positions. You'll work closely with the owner, who will support you as a delivery consultant responsible for sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new clients from scratch.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of live vacancies.
• Focus on office-based roles in Admin, Customer Service, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Facilities, Project Management, and more.
• Engage in pure Business Development recruitment.
• Collaborate with the owner to source and place candidates.
• Work towards high targets and KPIs.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in securing new clients or selling services to businesses.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to build new business from scratch.
• Sales experience using limited resources (internet, phone, email, and our website).
• Interest in working within a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
