Our client is on the hunt for motivated and proactive recent graduates to drive the growth of their fully funded solar PV offering. Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Identify and chase new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct in-depth market research to spot opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
• Assist in crafting and executing strategic sales plans to hit company growth targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Forge and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored renewable energy solutions.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the Sales Director and team to align with business objectives.
• Partner with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate with a degree in STEM, Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong passion for sales and commitment to net-zero emissions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Macclesfield HQ and client sites.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or internships in sales, Business Development, or renewable energy.
• Knowledge of solar technologies and market dynamics.
