£45,000 - £47,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Position available for a Business Development Lead to spearhead the creation of a new department for a company who are quadrupling their capacity over the next 3 years and have the backing of a multibillion-pound group.

This is a unique opportunity to utilise your Business Development skills as you establish, develop, and nurture relationships with a diverse range of cliental, securing plastic feedstock for the companies manufacturing operations.

Applicants with a strong Business Development and / or account management experience from the manufacturing, waste management, recycling, commercial,  plastics, packaging, or similar, can be considered for this role.

The company themselves are part of a much larger group who turned over £5billion in 2023. They are currently in the process of quadrupling their manufacturing capacity through significant investment in their sites and acquisition of new ones. Due to this growth & expansion, we are currently seeking a Business Development Lead to join the company and set up an entirely new department within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and nurturing b2b relationships across various industries, selling a closed loop solution to blue chip manufacturers and similar. You will be the founding member of the team with ample opportunity for further growth & career progression.

*Commodity Buyer
*£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Progression
