Salary: £35K ~ £45K DOE Basic + £3K car allowance + up to £16K commission

Client Profile:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier within the automotive sector. They are now going through their next phase of expansion and are looking for a Business Development Managerto work in their offices based in Preston.
Duties:
The Business Development Managerwill be responsible for the following:
-Developing new Business and managing existing accounts to increase business throughout Europe
-Building long term relationships
-Managing agents and distributors
-Market price research
-Setting sales strategies and strong relationships within the territory
-Setting marketing strategies within the territory
-Providing quotes
-Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory
-Frequent customers visits in the territory, on average 10 to 12 international visit per annum
-Setting up budgets and targets on a yearly basis
-Market research new markets potential
-Organising market within the territory
-Customer communication
-Sales Reports
-Sales figures analysis
-Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory
-80% Business Development, 20% account management.
Personal Specification:
The successful candidate for the role of Business Development Manager must have the following skills:
-Minimum 2 years Business Development experience
-Automotive or Export experience
-Motivated and Driven
-Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
-Good listening Skills
-Must be hard working and proactive
-Must be focused on the client
