Business Development Manager – International Packaging Company
£45-£55k + Commission Scheme + Car
LOCATION: REMOTE – MUST BE BASED IN CENTRAL BELT - SOUTH EAST

They manufacture high-performance sustainable packaging solutions and products. Following the appointment of a new Sales Director, they want to build a team and involve you in future sales strategies and reward you well for your success. As
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for:
Developing a strategic and tactical model business plan with long term sustainability.
Identifying and sourcing new opportunities by targeting new markets or new demographics.
Negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers on behalf of the company
Improving long term client relations alongside growing key accounts.
Generate sales with existing and new customers through a structured, disciplined, and professional approach to achieve results.
Key attributes required:
Experience within the packaging industry (ideal not a requirement)
Self-motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running.
Ability to work independently and use own initiative to create new opportunities.
Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
A confident and highly motivated self-starter
Strong honest work ethic with the drive to thrive in a demanding sales environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
