Our client in Central Farnham is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. If you have a strong background in sales/telesales, and enjoy a lively environment, then this role may be for you!
Your main responsibility as the Business Development Manager is to increase and drive business growth within the company – you will report to the Sales Director of the business.
Key Responsibilities as the Business Development Manager:
- Working within the sales team
- Accessing CRM system that includes cold, warm, and hot leads
- You will uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients
- Responsible for recording all relevant information on the CRM system
- Work towards KPIs and targets
- Booking in meetings with prospective clients
- Learn the company and have a strong understanding of the services they provide
- You need to have a sales background, within a fast paced environment
- Ambitious and driven
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be on the phone to prospective clients most of the day
- A competitive spark would be a great advantage
- Experience in fit out/property would be an advantage
