**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve company sales goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

- Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads

- Present services to potential clients

- Negotiate and close deals

- Maintain a strong understanding of products and services offered

**Skills:**

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role

- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport with clients

- Time management and planning skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
