Success in this role involves leveraging your extensive experience in the trade sales industry to grow and develop both existing and new client relationships. You'll be a driven self-motivator, and excellent communicator who can bring energy to the role and have a business winning mentality.
Responsibilities
· Revenue generation and relationship building – generate and foster both new and existing customers utilising our bespoke Wingen CRM platform. Build and maintain solid working relationships with key decision makers.
· Vet and validate new customer enquiries.
· Marketing and brand promotion – strategically targeting key customers and individuals, collaborating with both the Marketing and Internal trade sales office team to refine communication strategies.
· Trade Sales Acumen – Routes to market, build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value adding solutions. Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
· Reporting, Administration, and professionalism – Maintain an updated CRM system. Regularly follow up on quotations and track progress of individual customer accounts and regions performance against budget.
Experience Required
· Trade sales experience, dealing with window showrooms and installers, builder’s merchants, home improvement centres and interior fit out companies.
· Proven success in a Business Development role, with a track record of achievements.
· Good established network, and good negotiation skills.
· Excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Results-driven, with a winning mentality.
Location
M25 - Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Brighton areas
Salary - £40-£45k basic, plus OTE potential earnings of £10k
