The role:

In this Business Development Representative role you will:

• Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, carrying out advanced lead generation.
• Become the voice for clients, identifying their needs and expectations to build a professional and nurturing relationship.
• Set up meetings, calls and demos for internal teams as well as carrying out demos independently.
• Work towards personal and team targets and KPIs as part of a high performing team.

About you:

• Competitive, hungry and ambitious - motivated to start a career in tech sales.
• Confidence and experience in speaking to business professionals, particularly at a senior level.
• The desire and ability to work in a fast paced environment with the motivation and stamina to progress.

The package:

• Salary £25,000
• OTE £32,000 (uncapped)
• Office based
• Equity/share package
• First class training and career progression
• Team social events and trips abroad

This Business Development Representative would best suit candidates who are based near and around Birmingham, Coventry, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Banbury, Northampton, Redditch and surrounding areas.
