ClearCourse is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth of ClearCourse Health. If you have a passion for driving business growth, a knack for building strong relationships, and are looking for a rapid career progression, we want to hear from you.

You will be a crucial member of our team whose main task is to conduct outbound prospecting for net new clients. This BDR role is a perfect opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business and position yourself for excellent development opportunities within the Sales team.
Desired skills and experience
Outbound prospecting experience - demonstratable success in being able to generate new business pipeline through a multi-channel approach
High professionalism; Be a self-motivated, driven and positive individual
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong process improvement skills to help develop the role as things change with the business
Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

This is a hybrid role ideally based in our Birmingham hub, but we are open to other locations - Manchester and London.
