Over the years they have expanded to provide scalable technology and expertise that enables effective management through digitisation of supply chain risk management and compliance.

They help organisations create a safer and more sustainable world through market-leading integrated products and services.

After continuing success, they are opening a new division which you will be part of. You will lead the Business Development team in growing the consulting service line. Experience in a leadership role prior, specifically in a phone based new business environment, with an excellent understanding of new business sales processes will be required for this position.

What you need:

• Demonstrable and proven experience with a Business Development role
• Experience managing others (conducting reviews, setting targets, coaching etc)
• Excellent understanding of new business sales processes
• Experience of delivering training across areas such as negotiation and objection handling

This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced business developer/account manager to lead the sales, working closely with the Head of Sales.
