Business Improvement and Performance Manager
Salary: Grade J - £48,474 (Level one) rising to £51,515 (level four)

Hybrid - Based at Loxley House but some hybrid work available
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business transformation team to manage the ongoing development of the service plan that positively contributes to the delivery of a high-quality service to both tenants and employees. Role and Responsibilities:
- Review, assess and understand customer requirements, future strategy and work to put in place intervention plans into service areas to improve performance and outcomes
- Lead the implementation of the Housing services Performance Management Framework and leverage the use of performance management software
- Embed quality and continuous improvement techniques into projects to bring about change while actively seek new and innovative ways to drive change.
- Provide subject matter expertise on all data to proactively predict and analyse data trends and drive business change where data suggests improvements
- Responsible for internal service audits ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 provisions and other audit requirements (internal/external).
- To act as main point of contact with the Regulator for the Housing Services area and to ensure all regulatory returns are submitted in a timely manner.
- Promote customer involvement in influencing, developing and improving services in their local area through the menu of involvement for tenant involvement
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role with evidence of successful delivery of continuous improving / business transformational outcomes
- Relevant degree and/or professional qualification (or relevant experience)
- Ability to utilise Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Visio as well as in house systems such as NEC Housing and Pentana)
- Experience in analysis, interrogation, interpretation and presentation of large data sets. Able to bring meaning to data, utilising statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience of developing and maintaining a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Negotiation, project management and budgetary skills.
