Drive the development of marketing campaigns across our key themes and channels.
Drive our conversion rates through quality communications, personalisation and automation.
Key elements of this role include:
Drive key theme activity to realise business objectives and targets
Build, maintain and optimise the quality and output of our campaigns, channels, process and technology; including, nurture programs, linkedIn sales navigator, campaigns, activity cadences and sprints, comms and messaging
Create and own touchpoint processes to continually monitor and optimise follow up processes and methods to enable maximum ROI
Monitor and optimise lead generation performance and how we follow up with propsoects and customers to ensure quality and conversions
Ensure alignment between product marketing, brand marketing as well as growth, digital, website, PPC and SEO for all campaigns
Work with wider team, including brand and product marketing to provide insight to help prioritise marketing campaigns based on insight and data.
Manage the quality of marketing output including, alignment of output, nurture programs, call whispering and coaching, and creating a program to feed-back prospect, customer and competitor insight
Deliver and communicate performance and optimisation insights to teams
Lead, nurture, and develop direct, and wider team
Help drive a culture of Performance, Ownership and Collaboration.
