Drive the development of marketing campaigns across our key themes and channels.
Drive our conversion rates through quality communications, personalisation and automation.
Key elements of this role include:
- Drive key theme activity to realise business objectives and targets
- Build, maintain and optimise the quality and output of our campaigns, channels, process and technology; including, nurture programs, linkedIn sales navigator, campaigns, activity cadences and sprints, comms and messaging
- Create and own touchpoint processes to continually monitor and optimise follow up processes and methods to enable maximum ROI
- Monitor and optimise lead generation performance and how we follow up with propsoects and customers to ensure quality and conversions
- Ensure alignment between product marketing, brand marketing as well as growth, digital, website, PPC and SEO for all campaigns
- Work with wider team, including brand and product marketing to provide insight to help prioritise marketing campaigns based on insight and data.
- Manage the quality of marketing output including, alignment of output, nurture programs, call whispering and coaching, and creating a program to feed-back prospect, customer and competitor insight
- Deliver and communicate performance and optimisation insights to teams
- Lead, nurture, and develop direct, and wider team
- Help drive a culture of Performance, Ownership and Collaboration.
