Business Operations Manager Responsibilities
A varied role with people-focused priorities, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Line management of a close-knit administrative team of 2
- Managing financial operations including payments and invoicing as well as liaising with external accountants
- Managing internal HR functions including induction, recruitment and onboarding
- Office management including, suppliers and contracts
- Managing compliance, updating policies and procedures

Business Operations Manager Experience Essentials
- Previous experience as an Operations or Office Manager within a similar environment
- Experience within HR and financial operations
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a small team
- Excellent communications
- Confident MS Office user and ideally experience using other data management systems
