Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and strategic planning.
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and analyze data.
- Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
