As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, financial oversight, and client interactions. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Support:Provide efficient office support to both employees and clients.Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.Assist with minor technical issues faced by employees.Financial Management:Track and manage the organization's expenditure.Handle invoicing for clients.Negotiate agreements with internal and external stakeholders.Educate clients about company products and services.
Client Interaction:Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication via fax and email.Follow up on clients' business communications, orders, and billing.Assist clients in making purchases and address their inquiries.Document Preparation:Prepare and edit documents, including printing and binding.Maintain accurate company data.Streamlining Operations:Contribute to plans aimed at improving business operations.Implement technologies to enhance productivity.Analyze financial and sales reports.
Qualifications:Excellent communication skills.Highly organized and enthusiastic.Literacy and numeracy with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Prior experience in a busy office, particularly in a purchasing or commercial role, is preferred but not essential.
