I am recruiting on behalf of a client for a strong administrator with excellent comminication skills to provide administrative support to their client management team working with a public sector client. The client management support plays a vital role to the client management team, delivering activities to meet client requirements and supporting improvements in the service experience. The team works on a public sector contract with focus on building relationships and ensuring excellent client satisfaction in their service.
Key Skills:
- Minute Taking
- Producing reports and following up on action points
- Liasing with client
- Updating CRM system
- Attending meetings
The ideal candidate for this role will be self motivated and dynamic and have the ability to multitask. This position will be predominantly remote working with the occasional need to travel to client site (expenses will be covered). This is a 12 month FTC initially with the potential for the right candidate to be offered a full time role after that.
