Position Overview:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. Responsibilities:
Collaborating as a vital team member within a dynamic and fast-paced customer services team.
Engaging with customers, partners, and suppliers through incoming phone calls and emails.
Conducting fault analysis and resolution, ensuring service continuity for mobile and various other services.
Managing the complete administration process throughout the customer lifecycle, including the provisioning of mobile and other services.
Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and mobile expertise, consistently going above and beyond to find creative solutions for customer issues.
Adhering to all departmental procedures, with a focus on regular review and updates.
Offering day-to-day support to various departments across the organization.
Skills:
Extensive administrative background within a B2B setting.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Deep commitment to achieving customer service excellence.
Demonstrates a high level of organization, interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
Eagerness to learn and fulfil department/company training requirements.
Technical, telecom, or mobile experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
