Administrator - Carlisle
We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to start work immediately on a temporary basis, the role will be month to month initially with the potential of being permanent in the future. Due to the nature of the client Adecco will be required to carry out an enhanced DBS check.
Duties will include:
- Provide secretarial services to the Manager and the Board of Directors
- Diary management
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Maintaining spreadsheet logs
- Creating well formatted documents and templates
- Provide Business Support in relation to recruitment and onboarding of staff
- Support the account manager with administrative tasks, such as processing of additional hours, mileage and expenses
- Managing the correspondence and communications of the organisation such as phone calls, post and emails
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Scheduling of meetings and appointments within the company and the arrangement of refreshments and other corporate catering
- Oversight of office inventory, including ensuring an adequate supply of consumables, such as stationery or printer ink
- Making travel arrangements
