Location: Rural Penrith (Transport needed)
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Hours: Part Time or Full Time, Weekend Availability Needed
NXT are working with a business based in a scenic location with free onsite parking based south of Penrith. Looking to grow their team with a full or part time Business Support Administrator who will cover tasks such as account reconciliation, data inputting, communication with suppliers and many more.
Responsibilities:
* Finance accounts admin
* Purchase ledger duties
* Processing invoices
* Customer service
* Record keeping of documents
* Communication with customers and suppliers over the phone and email
* Account reconciliation
* Assisting with research and reports
Skills and Experience:
* Microsoft, Office 365 and IT skills
* Administration experience
* Attention to detail
* Confident communication skills over the phone
