Business Support Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Assistant to join an established team in Children's Social Care.

This position is:

* Full time hours

* Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

* Initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension

As part of this role, you will be required to..

- Greet visitors (internal and external)

- handle internal call

- manage meeting room availability

- receive deliveries

The ideal candidate will have..

* Previous reception experience in any office/clinic environment preferred but training will be provided for the right applicant.

* Ability to multitask, problem solve and have good organisational skills.

* Excellent communication skills (phone and face to face)

* Efficient computer skills, internet skills and keyboard skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications
