Pertemps are thrilled to be working with an established manufacturer in Hemel Hempstead who are in need of a Business Support Assistant to join the team.
Do you have experience in business administration or sales support role and are looking for a new challenge?
If so, we have an exciting opening to join the Business Support division. You'll be someone who enjoys interacting with people, both internally and externally, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. It will also be important that you're confident in Microsoft 365 software, have good numeracy and literacy skills and experience working with CRM platforms.

- Salary up to 27,500 per annum depending on experience
- 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on a Friday

Some of your key responsibilities would include:
- Being our lead Business Support person, which includes a high degree of technical expertise to support our sales and manufacturing teams.
- Dealing with incoming sales orders
- Creating and updating Bill of materials.
- Being a point of contact to deal with and to resolve customer & supplier queries.
- Producing certifications for assemblies and components, including export paperwork, where required.
- Running weekly WIP and Monthly BOM costing reports
- Supporting with other Business Support tasks, where needed
