Business Systems Manager - Payroll & Finance*Please note sponsorship is not available for this role, you must have valid proof of Right to Work in the UK to be considered*Sure Exec Search are currently working with one of the UK's fastest growing Private Healthcare providers who are looking for a Business System Manager specialising in Finance & Payroll Systems. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in iTrent HR and Payroll.Salary - £65,000 - £70,000 (plus company benefits)Location - Majority remote with monthly travel expected (London, Stafford and/or Colchester a handful of times a month or less depending on need)The ideal candidate should possess expertise in any of the following: iTrent HR and Payroll, Netsuite, Business Central, SAP Concur, Lockstep, Amazon Business, and Amex. Any of the following are a bonus but not essential: Salesforce, Google Workspace AppSheets)The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in managing challenging stakeholders and exhibit a methodical approach in their work.Responsibilities:System Implementation and Integration:Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new Business SystemsCollaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to assess system requirements and negotiate contractsEnsure seamless integration of various systems to streamline business processes, working closely with the IT Service Desk for a smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU)System Maintenance and Support:Monitor and maintain the performance of existing Business SystemsEffectively manage contracts and financial performance of Business SystemsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, following the Incident Management processManage the creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventative measures post-outagesDrive continuous improvement within the assigned area of responsibilityProvide technical support and training to end-usersCollaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their technology needsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updatesBuild business cases and return on investment (ROI) analyses to gain buy-in from senior stakeholdersFacilitate training sessions for employees on new or updated systemsProject Management:Manage projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and enhancementsDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgetsEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within an agreed budgetTechnology Assessment:Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologiesEvaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business operationsConduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technology solutionsQualifications:Experience in a fast-growth tech scale-up or start-up is desirableUnderstanding and knowledge of Enterprise Business System tools, including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MHR, LMS, HRIS, and Automation RPA SolutionsProven experience in a technical capacity within IT, delivering services to a workforce of 10,000+, including a high percentage of frontline workersAbility to work across the Group, influencing and capturing improvementsSelf-motivated with a focus on driving efficiencies and continuous improvementEnterprise-level ownership of key Business Systems with effective internal and external relationship managementProject Management experience; Agile, Prince2, Six Sigma, AMP, or other qualifications desirableComfortable working in a dynamic, changing, and evolving environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResourcefulness and ability to work under pressureStrong stakeholder management and meditative skills to understand requirements and benefitsBenefits:Flexible working hours and remote working arrangements25 days holiday + birthday off in addition to bank holidaysMobile phone, laptop, and full remote IT package for remote workCompany pension schemeTraining and development opportunities for career growthCompetitive salary, discretionary bonus, and long-term employee schemesDiscount platform and Employee Assistance ProgrammeRefer a Friend scheme
