Allianz Specialty have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Test Manager to join our family of talented people in the Transformation Change Team.

As the Business Test Manager, you will cover testing for the AZS Change portfolio. You will work with aligned Allianz Technology Test teams to ensure integration of both business and technical testing. You will be the single management point to ensure all testing impacting AZS is done to the required standard to meet business objectives.

You will have direct accountability for the effectiveness of Business Testing and will manage the provision of all aspects of business acceptance for the portfolio.

An element of this role for the AZS Change portfolio will be focused on supporting and developing people, focused on the Business Testers, but could be required across the change portfolio.

Your Focus:

To be successful for the roleyou will have an understanding of General Insurance end to end process and products with the ability to work alongside cross-functional experienced teams.

You will have strong test management experience and of setting up QA delivery in an Agile environment.

You will have experience managing the design, development and delivery of large-scale testing engagements across a broad range of platforms and business areas with experience managing E2E testing on large projects or programmes of work

You will have experience working on large and complex programmes, creating and implementing test strategies, and tailoring to best fit based on changing requirements – new ways of working – risk appetite and business priorities

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical information in a simple way and when required the ability to Influence, negotiate

You will thrive in multi-stakeholder projects and be comfortable adapting your approach and language to work with colleagues of various disciplines and seniority.

The role will be based at Allianz Ditton Park, Riding Court Road, Datchet SL3 9LL.

Our office with flex model means that you will have the opportunity to work from home as well as the office. As a hybrid worker you will be in the office between 2 and 16 days per month depending on individual and business need. This will be discussed at interview stage.
