Business Travel Consultant Evenings and Weekends
Required for this expanding TMC. The successful candidates must have some experience working in Business Travel , using amadeus but they may consider other gds, salary £33k. This role will be working on a rota that covers 4 week day shifts from 5.00pm-10.30pm and 1 weekend day 8.30am-8.30pm which is approx 32hrs per week
Business Travel ConsultantsEvenings and Weekends duties
-Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Amadeus
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.
Business Travel ConsultantsEvenings and Weelends skills required
-Business Travel experience is essential ideally with Out of hours experience
-Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they may cross train
-Able to work 4 week day shifts 5.00pm-10.30pm and 1 weekend 12 hr shift
