Are you a highly aspirational Design / Mechanical Engineering looking to take the next step in your career and step into a Team Leader position, where you will be heavily invested in through internal training and external Design courses to become a highly sought after Engineer within a team of motivated task experts with exciting progression opportunities available as you demonstrate your aptitude?

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Design Engineers, managing KPIs and coordinating with Project Engineers to price and organize upcoming projects.
This role would suit an aspirational Engineer looking to gain Management skills and responsibility within a renowned and exciting company where you will be fully supported in your development through both in-house and external training with a view to progress in the future.
The Role:

• Leading a small team of Design Engineers
• Manage KPIs / Pricing / Projects inline with business objectives
• Hybrid (after probation)

The Candidate:

• Design / Mechanical Engineer
• Experience with Solidworks or similar software
• Willingness to develop and apply knowledge into the industry
