SalaryOur client, a global-leading US firm, is looking to add a senior US qualifiedCapital Markets Lawyer to the London office.
The team is consistently recognised as one of the leading advisers on Capital Markets transactions, and has acted on some of the largest and most complex offerings worldwide. It is one of the few major law firms with a London office, which can offer a truly integrated trans-Atlantic team capable of advising on complex high yield and leverage loan transactions.
The group operates as a single fully integrated team of English and US Lawyers. The successful candidate will work on a mix of High Yield and Debt Capital Markets transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings, in close cooperation with the Banking and M&A teams.
The suitable candidate will have significant experience advising European based Issuers on high yield offerings, bridge to bond transactions, other underwritten financings, liability management transactions and other complex financings. You will be able to service the increasing FPI clients, along with European corporates and sponsors.
