My client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team at their main dealership!

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by demonstrating and promoting the features, capabilities, and benefits of our new and used vehicles to customers.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by organizing and conducting test drives with potential customers and following up through various means of communication.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers while ensuring a smooth and seamless purchasing process.
- Exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our dealership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Car Sales is essential.
- Passionate about cars and have a strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- A valid driver's license.

Salary And Benefits:
- £20k Basic £45k OTE
- Company Car
- 20 days holiday + BH
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Sats 8:30am – 5pm Sundays 10am – 4pm On rota basis
