We are proud to announce that New Direction Support due to expansion is looking to add to our dedicated and practiced management team by seeking an additional Care Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and progressive management team.
As a Care Coordinator you will serve a pivotal role within the organisations management structure. Your role will involve managing Practice Leaders within New Direction Support, and you will be leading teams of support workers with a sole focus on delivering care that meets the specific needs of the individual.
Main Responsibilities
· Provide targeted support to one or more services
· Producing and amending Rota’s to maintain client needs and support
· Out of hours On-call duties on a rotational basis
· Carrying out Quality Assurance to maintain our highly professional services
· Recruiting and hand picking the right support worker for the right client
· Manage and monitor the continual development of your teams
· Compiling and updating detailed support plans specific to the individual clients needs
. Reporting to Senior Management in the form of KPI reports.

Essential
· Must hold a driving licence and transport
· 5 years’ experience in a care setting
· 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
. Management qualification or willing to work towards one
